Pool installation: From start to splash
At MLC, our talented team of landscape architects, masons and pool contractors do it all—whether it’s determining lot coverage, maneuvering through permitting, drafting master plans, or coordinating with contractors. We start by evaluating your existing landscape to determine feasibility, then move into conceptual planning. Once you approve the design, the landscape architect drafts permit plans which we submit to the city for approval. If everything checks out, we break ground! And that’s when the fun begins. As construction nears completion, we begin installing plant material. Before you know it, we’re installing lighting, touching up mulch and putting the final touches on your new backyard retreat.
A little bit about us
We started things off in Atlanta back in 2012 under the name Maxwell Gardens. It didn’t take long for us to realize that we needed to expand our offerings, so we restructured our business and rebranded to Maxwell Landscape Construction.
Sure, a decade is a substantial amount of time to make a name of ourselves. But it doesn’t measure up against the 40 years of combined industry experience that our team members have under their belts. To add to that, our crew works closely with trusted specialists in masonry, irrigation and lighting, so our capabilities extend far beyond our firmly established roots.
